LITTLE BABY operates as a pre-order–based online store.

Once an order is placed, we submit it directly to our suppliers. Please note that it usually takes approximately 2–3 weeks for items to arrive in the U.S.
If an item is on re-order, additional time of 2 weeks or more may be required.

※ Depending on the brand or product, arrival times may be earlier or delayed. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend allowing sufficient time when placing your order.

As orders are processed immediately after confirmation, order cancellations are difficult once placed.
If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering and proceed with care.

In some cases, re-orders may take longer than expected due to fabric shortages, fabric changes during the season, or production issues.
If this occurs, we will notify you individually.

Because LITTLE BABY places orders based on customer purchases, refunds are not available for changes of mind or delays caused by re-orders.

손님들께서 주문을 주신대로 거래처에 오더가 들어가며,
미국으로 입고까지 평균 2-3주 정도 소요됩니다.
싱품이 리오더 중일 경우 추가로 약 2주 이상 소요될 수 있습니다.

주문이 접수된 이후에는 취소가 어려우므로,

간혹 원단 품절로 인해 시즌 중 원단 변경, 또는 원단 제작 이슈로 인해
리오더 기간이 예상보다 길어질 수 있습니다.
이러한 경우에는 개별 연락을 통해 안내드리겠습니다.

리틀베이비는 고객 주문 후 오더가 진행되는 방식으로 운영되기 때문에,
리오더로 인한 단순 변심 또는 배송 지연을 사유로 한 환불은 불가합니다.
